The MoMA Design Store offers a 90-day return policy. If not satisfied with a purchase, the merchandise may be returned within 90 days for a refund in the form of the original payment. A prepaid return label is available for use, with a cost of $7.95 per package deducted from the refund. All sale items are final sale. Non-furniture items must be returned in good condition - unused and unwashed. For orders shipped outside of the United States, returns are not accepted.

Regarding the shipping policy, a flat standard shipping fee of $7.95 is available for orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states. Members at the Access category and above receive free standard shipping in the contiguous 48 states on purchases over $35. Your order arrives within 3 - 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise.
