How To Open A MoMA Store Account?
To open an account on store.moma.org, follow these steps:
- Visit the MoMA Design Store website.
- Click on Create Account.
- Enter First Name, Last Name, and Email.
- Confirm the entered email.
- Create a Password that is at least 8 characters in length and should contain lower case letters (a-z), upper case letters (A-Z), and numbers (0-9).
- Confirm the created password.
- Click on Create Account.

Store.moma.org Return Policy?
The MoMA Design Store offers a 90-day return policy. If not satisfied with a purchase, the merchandise may be returned within 90 days for a refund in the form of the original payment. A prepaid return label is available for use, with a cost of $7.95 per package deducted from the refund. All sale items are final sale. Non-furniture items must be returned in good condition - unused and unwashed. For orders shipped outside of the United States, returns are not accepted.
Regarding the shipping policy, a flat standard shipping fee of $7.95 is available for orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states. Members at the Access category and above receive free standard shipping in the contiguous 48 states on purchases over $35. Your order arrives within 3 - 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise. Please allow extra time for packages shipped to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. For orders that are purchased and shipped outside of the United States, returns are not accepted. Express delivery and overnight delivery options are also available at additional costs.
Please note that certain items have specific return and shipping conditions. For example, items marked as Special Order cannot be cancelled and are final sale and non-returnable. Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless received damaged or defective. Certain product pages denote "This item is final sale and non-returnable" above the Add to Cart button. Some oversized and white glove delivery items require additional shipping time and may be shipped by truck within the contiguous U.S., as noted on the product page. Additional delivery charges may apply for over-sized or special items. Additional exclusions may apply.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the MoMA Design Store immediately. The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box. Returns can also be processed at the three MoMA Design Store locations in New York. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

To ship your return: Pack your items securely. Include your completed return form and return the package via insured ground service.
